Jordan, traveling salesman at DoGood Earth – helping share organic dried fruit snacks through sustainable community partnerships

Jordan’s rural roots grew into a love for nature that was expanded through biological sciences. In his public health work the link between good food and health became apparent, along with the barriers to accessing such foods in the US food system. Volunteering through Peace Corps in Uganda revealed the benefits of natural nutrition that he is determined to bring back home to the USA.

Grace who is turning 30 this year has been working with Rosa for the past 5 years and although she had not completed primary school when she joined, it did not hinder her from learning fast on the job. In her own words: “Even if i can not change the past but I believe I can change the future. I love what I am doing now, I am able to pay for my bills without asking anyone for money.” Raised in Kampala, with roots in Northern Uganda, she manages our local daily operational activities.

From the Gishu tribe, Patrick who turns 42 years old has joined our team in Kampala 3 years ago focused on transportation and logistics so that he can support his wife and four children who stay in the village in the Eastern part of Uganda.

Leonae grew up on a small Philippine island with a Filipino mother, Swiss father, and friends from everywhere. While completing her higher education in Switzerland, she always returned home for holidays. She met Rosa on one of those trips, who sparked the idea of exporting dried fruit from Uganda. That idea grew into DoGood.
As the “glue” in her friend groups, with her curiosity, diverse background and timing, Leonae effortlessly connects people and ideas. Beyond work, she juggles countless hobbies in phases: tennis, kitesurfing, windsurfing, boxing. In between, she’s trying out new recipes, spends time with her four dogs, and solo travel adventures keep her inspired and grounded.

Tiziana, the creative artsy team member at DoGood Earth – bringing artistic vision and passion to organic dried fruit snacks and sustainability

Tiziana is our creative mind with a Swiss upbringing and Italian roots. Inspired by her love of travel, food, animals, and nature, she approaches life with curiosity and a deep appreciation for culture. With a bachelor’s degree in Design Management International, she works as a graphic designer and illustrator for multiple brands. Uganda, with its remarkable wildlife and breathtaking landscapes, holds a special place in her heart.

Born and raised in Uganda, Roger grew up with a single mom with two other siblings. The first time he joined Rosa’s team was 7 years ago but took a break following his passion as a mixologist. He has now rejoined the team focused on building his knowledge and skills around content creation, photo and videographer for DoGood. He loves working for a team that is both global and local at the same time as he is interested in learning different cultures and routines.
